He has been a guest speaker at several national conferences. Fee attended Clemson University; is married and has three grown children.
Jay serves as President of The Springs Living. A longtime Oregon resident, Jay has worked in senior housing since 2006 with Touchmark Living Center and Lifestyles Senior Living, directly operating senior living campuses. In 2010, Jay joined The Springs Living as an Executive Director and later as Chief Operations Officer. Jay received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Oregon in Eugene and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in Tempe.
Chief Quality Officer
Brenda feels it’s tremendously fulfilling to work with each of our teams to achieve our high standard for consistent quality. This includes a focus on the warmth and compassion that our residents and their families count on. She graduated North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and in 2010, obtained her Assisted Living Administrator's License in Montana. Brenda continues to live in Montana where she enjoys camping, fishing and cross-country skiing with her husband and five sons.
Chief People Officer (CPO)
I am an Oregon State Beaver who enjoys watching college sports (not Pro Sports). I used to be a Soccer Mom but now I'm a Lacrosse and Basketball Mom. I have a habit of reading books at night and not doing laundry. I am a person with a TON of ideas and then find someone who will help me execute my “change the world plans.” My tagline in life is “it all works out in the end. If not, then it’s not the end – keep rolling."
