I cannot talk on the phone without doodling. My family is extremely important to me and now branches out to grandchildren. I’m grateful for The Springs Living providing a career for me that includes my passion for creativity and pushing the limits of the status quo. I’m nuts about fitness and nutrition and I believe that love can change the world.

Jessica Zander
Executive Director
Jess has been with The Springs at Grand Park since 2016. She is passionate about helping residents thrive within the community and helps staff to succeed in their various positions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, boating on various lakes, attending live music events, playing softball and riding a Harley.
David Young
Executive Chef
David has been cooking professionally since 1992 and as a Chef for The Springs at Grand Park since 2005. David is excited about the Culinary Program called “The Art of Delicious” and how it positively impacts the staff and residents.
Pam Henrichs
Director of Life Enrichment
Pam has been with The Springs at Grand Park since 2015 and loves utilizing the 7 elements of wellness to enrich the staff and residents live on a daily basis. In her free time, Pam enjoys biking, crafting, and spending time with her family (especially her grandson).
