Enhanced Infection Control Protocols
Resident Symptom Monitoring – In addition to standard resident symptom tracking, The Springs now checks residents’ temperatures twice daily to monitor changes and identify fevers quickly.
Visitors – In adherence with CMS’ guidelines The Springs Living has restricted all non-essential visits to our communities, for those whose visits are determined to be essential, visitors are screened for illness and given personal protective equipment to wear in the building.
Pre-shift Screenings – The Springs Living has implemented screenings in all of our communities to make sure the staff is healthy prior to beginning their shift.
Keeping Staff Protected – Along with the pre-shift health screenings, all employees are given Personal protective equipment for their shifts, and job duties have been temporarily adjusted to help promote social distancing and reduce risk of exposure.
Additional Cleaning – To minimize the risk of germs, The Springs Living has adjusted their cleaning regiment to increase the amount of sanitization throughout the building.
Extended Employee Support Program
Child Care Reimbursement – For employees facing childcare costs during the school closures, The Springs Living will reimburse $50 per worked day to off-set those costs.
Free On-Shift Meals – Free meals during your shift
Health Care Support – The Springs Living offers free virtual doctor visits and paid sick time
