My Community Leadership
At this level, senior team members lead a community with the goal of meeting or exceeding our high standards for the quality of relationships between the staff and residents in that community. They demonstrate strong skills in team building and operational effectiveness. They also explore their own personal strengths and areas for development through self-directed learning and customized programing.

RESIDENTS RELATIONS MANAGER > EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Sara started with The Springs at Clackamas Woods in August 2014. Sara’s career in senior care started in her thirties and has included being a live-in manager at an Independent Living community and a Business Office Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility. With a BS Degree in Human Development from Warner Pacific College, Sara feels blessed to be able to work doing what she loves to do.
